Kathy has spent the last 30 years in public school serving as general and special education classroom teacher, site Assistant Principal, Principal, District K-12 ESSA Principal Support Specialist, and Director of Elementary Learning. She earned her Bachelor’s Degrees in Elementary Education and Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Special Education, and an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership. Kathy is an independent contractor who supports teachers, site, and district administrators as a Professional Development Specialist and Performance Coach.
She is also a proud wife of almost 30 years and mother of three grown children.
